Default tax season - 03-22-2008

when is the last day to file your taxes for 2008 year? I don't know much about tax return so this may be a silly question but please answer me because I really want to know when to file a tax return!

April 15, each year, you may request to extend your filling you should go to IRS web site and find publication stating what forms you should use to extend to file a tax return

April 15, but you can file an extension form, but you still must wait for a reply from the government so you know they got it. They usually send you a date when it must be filed then.

You need to remember when you file extension form you have to paid $200 fee plus $75 dollar for filing fee and processing fee , lot of fee they want your money on time

The last day to file taxes is April 15th. If you have a refund you can file your taxes up to three years later and still get your entire refund. If you owe taxes you will pay penalties and interest if you file after April 15th.

April 15, is deadline on your Individual tax return as well for businesses, I heard that corporation can send their tax return late and avoid fee! that not fair

April 15 is the last date , I am very accurate on this type of matter. I always file return on time

Corporations can file late, but must make an estimated tax payment at the time of request of filing taxes late, by april 15th. If they don't send in estimated taxes then they will be penalized by the IRS and State, this is true with individuals as well.
