Default Ccorporation and tax return? - 06-06-2008

What tax C-Corporation should file? I want to open a corporation and do " financial analysis" for people so that the reason I want to find out what tax I will pay I thing to earn about $100,000 a year what is the best option to go with C-corporation Or LLC as for tax purpose?

i think you have got great idea but the profit will be less at first few days and its better to llc the tax purpose.

C-Corporate pay much more tax than LLC like 15 % more.. so if I were you I will simple open Limited Libablity company and pay less tax why to give 15% more tax to Uncle Sam.. will Uncle Sam give you free money when you need ? I don't think so he only give money to baby boomer..those people that are retire now..
