Need help in tax

Need tax help we had someone take all our tax information and he said he would do them. we own a small business. He said he had to get an extension...the extension date has come and gone, and we cannot get a hold of him. I'm worried. Any ideas? Do I need a lawyer?

Have you tried contacting him? I would recommend finding another tax preparer to do your taxes. Do you have copies of all your records.

When you hire a lawyer make sure you ask about lawyer experience and how many cases he win and lost and what was the reason lawyer lost and win a case! you need a lawyer defiantly!

Seeking a lawyer will be the best option for this situation...
Try contact the person and get details from him... It would be better if you hire a lawyer who is friend of yours atleast he should be well known to you so that whatever you say him will not affect you and your business further..
