Default Should I incorporate to save on taxes? - 05-31-2008

My company will make about $45 to $50K profit. My personal monthly expenses are very low so I can survive pretty nicely with $27K as official payroll. If I take the remaining $23K as a distribution how much will I be saving in taxes after everything is said and done?

As I understand it I will have to pay income tax on the money received as a distribution but will avoid varies business taxes like Fica, Futa, etc.

I'm wondering if it will offset the $800 annual incorporation fee.
