Default Back Payroll taxes? - 05-31-2008
Hello,

I need to know what I must do to fix a payroll tax problem as I have so much problem with a tax payroll!. I failed to withhold payroll taxes for my employees during the first quarter of last year. I am a sub chapter S corp in Illinois. What should I do next in order to correct the withholding amounts and fix each employees W-2? What penalties should I expect? Any tax expert here?
