Yahoo want buyout because on the end of this year recession will came and value of yahoo will drop in half! they only play with Microsoft to get as much as they can! It doesn't matter that they have 177 million visitor? how they will make money if people not have money to invest ?

i think not buying yahoo is the best thing at this time and yahoo is costing more than i has . yahoo want to buyout because at the end of the year the recessions may comes down they will be low of 50% in yahoo value. So yahoo want to fool the Microsoft! Microsoft is crazy about price and Yahoo don't want to sell below Yahoo web site value..
