fiscal year for stocks?

I have some many confused with company earning, anybody can tell me where fiscal year start and end?

Fiscal year start and end for most of company at January 01 and end on December 31, depend on company some company start fiscal year March03 and End on March 03 next year.. You need to understand quarters and how fiscal year work!

Q1 - January, February, and March
Q2 - April, May, and June
Q3 - July, August, and September
Q4 - October, November, December
