Default How to save on Housing!? - 05-31-2008

You should consider many housing expenses that can save you money one of them is you should not pay for a space that you really with not need! Many people have large house and Apartment but they really don't need so don't purchase something that you can't afford to buy later on !
Live relatively near your workplace.
You should considering Refinancing your home mortgage to lower interest rates and terms. On a 15-year $150,000 fixed-rate mortgage, lowering the rate from 7.5 % to 6.0% can save you more than $50,000 in interest charges over the life of the loan.
Choose home repair contractors wisely and ask a neighborhood for recommendation!. Favor contractors who have successfully performed work for people you know. Write contract on paper don't believe on words!

Default Home equity to pay mortgage! - 05-31-2008

The best tip I have found in all the tips. Yes, I should say "ABSOLUTELY TRUE". You should have a home close to work place and this will prevent you to waste the Gas in your car.

Refinance your high interest rates so you will save money and take home equity to payoff old mortgage!

Well I am very keen on these kind of savings and always keep a close look at those bills such as electricity, telephone, internet and all ...

I go according to my budget and thanks to my family members who also strict to that ...

We try to seat in one room so that electricity can be save ...

We watch televisio at one space instead of watching in own room this really bring joy to the family and also save my electricity bills ...

I use light colour in drawing room so that I dont have to use heavy power bulb ... and yeah I use CFL and less power according to the place requirment ... like in bathroom less power CFL used compare to drawing room ...

Default home mortgage Interest rates - 06-03-2008

Pay more money toward principal payment instead of paying only interest payment as you know for the first 15 years you only pay interest rates and you don't pay any significant money toward your principal, simple saying you know rule 72 right? if you pay only 1 extra full payment with in on average $2,000 a year you became debt free in 22 years instead of 30 years so you save yourself paying off 8 years or $50,000 in interest rates if you borrow around $200,000 dollars.

I have been paying higher mortgage interest rate for my own house. I refinanced the mortgage to lower interest rate and Presently I enjoy a great saving in the interest charges towards the mortgage.

Your lucky..my mom just refinanced at a lower interest rate but had to add in money to buyout her ex bf that walked out and left her with everything but wants almost all the money he put on the house back.*I don't know why he thinks he can do that* but now she's spending more then the current mortgage and to make things worse they are now basically paying again for the house since the amount is almost higher when what they paid almost 4 years ago.
