Default Saving Tips - Prescription and Over-the-Counter Drugs - 05-31-2008

If you want to save money on prescription you first should Ask your physician to consider prescribing generic drugs. Generic drugs can cost several hundred dollars less to purchase annually than brand-name drugs and the best way is to Find the lowest-cost place to purchase prescription drug even online there are many research available online! Make sure to check out not only your local pharmacist but also local supermarkets, area discount centers, and mail-order pharmacies

Well, This is the place where I don't really look to save money. I think, Health is everything and this is the reason I will never ever look to save some silly bucks and harm my self. Brandable goods are always great and this is the most deepest thing in while you come over drugs.

I am not against the generic version of drugs, they have the same active ingredients in them. If it is a prescription generic, you can buy from wal-mart for $4.00 per prescription.

This is also a good Idea. I tend to just take my prescriptions straight to the nearest pharmacy rather than shopping around, so thanks for planting that seed of thought for me!

- Shop around at different pharmacies for the lowest price but don’t skimp on service and personalized attention. The value of a door-to-door delivery service may be worth a few dollars each month;

- Consider a mail order prescription drug program for medications that you take over long periods of time. These can be automatically updated so that you never run out, and may also be less expensive when purchased in bulk month-to-month

- Ask your doctor or the pharmacist if there is a lower cost generic drug available. Generic drugs are the exact same chemical as the “name brand” but cost less;

- Talk to your doctor to see if you still need to take all of the medications you have. Eliminating a drug from your regimen that is no longer useful not only saves you money, but may also eliminate side effects;

I remember checking into this. Wal-Mart does not charge $4 for every drug. Some drugs cost $800 and Wal-Mart does not cover these. They don't cover many drugs so you should check out which drugs go for $4. Also, they don't charge you $4 all the time.

There's nothing wrong with generic drugs. They're just as good as non generic, just cheaper.

Default Insurance coverage - 06-08-2008

If you have Insurance coverage for Prescription you should be fine, most people have it is include in premium payment, but before you submit application for Health Insurance you should ask your agent if prescription is cover and how much is cover, most health insurance companies cover your prescription up to $2,000 so it not that much

If you are sick or have big change that you will you should by separate Insurance coverage just for Prescription like Medicare you can get for free from government, why not to try to get for free government pay..?
