I love the credit union we have. The service is so much better. We get free checks, interest baring checking, savings and a money market. They have other types of accounts as well.We get reimbursed for most atm money pulls at other branches the following month. It automatically moves the money back to savings. We bank online and they have a great phone system. We do money transfers to members at the same bank without a problem. Its an overall great state credit union. I wouldn't switch if I had too. We've had a great experiance with them.If you overdraw money you can up to 3 times without a charge. If you have a savings account it automaticall pulls to cover before it happens as long as somethings in the checking account.

M&T was horrible though. They were the first bank I had and I didn't know any better then.I went with what was closer to where we lived.I had money go missing and my grandpa had them too and at one point 500.00 was missing from his account and no one could explain to him where the heck it went.

Default Corporate Banks for business - 05-25-2008

Large Corporate bank is defined better than local credit union if you are dealing with new business or your want to borrow lot of money! I like credit union but only for personal accounts! not for my business account! I love American Express and Citibank for business!

Default Corporate account! - 05-25-2008

If you have Corporate account don't consider to change to credit union because you will not have good deal ! Only corporation as well large businesses have ability to open Corporate account because they have to provide Duns number as well employer Identification number and corporation licenses! in require and upon request

I never dealt with a credit union so I use a commercial bank. It isn't one of the big banks but I get the service I need.

I hate some of the major banks in the USA. I belong to a credit Union and have no complaints about it. I will never switch to a regular bank.
