Litigation mistakes occur for many reason in a lawsuit you need to take a time to educate yourself before you file a lawsuit because it may cost you money to cover all those expenses if something goes wrong!. It does not matter if you file a lawsuite and suit a huge corporation like a CitiBank or small company it the same court so make sure you prepare yourself !
Not hiring an attorney. Once a lawsuit has been filed, you will have to deal
with a myriad of issues relating to the case itself, including procedural issues for litigation, timing issues, evidence issues, and the trial itself. Litigation is complicated, expensive, and stressful. If you are not up to handling all of these issues yourself, it may be a mistake not to have hired an attorney to represent you.

Default Litigation benefit - 04-27-2008

Litigation is better than going to court and can save you thousand of dollars because you don't have to hire a lawyer. A lawyer fee is $200 a hour and how many hour it take? We don't know simple! but one case can cost you over $10,000 and you can win or lose your choice! If you choose to do litigation you can speak one on one with a lawyer of defend party and discuss about this situation with 3 rd party person! and remember this 3rd party person don't know anything about a plaintiff as well about defender
