credit card application -

I have recieve credit card offers from many diffrent credit card company and they send envelope to fill out application and put those into envelope so I have fill out one application and send to credit card company, credit card company tell me that My signature is missed so they have send back those application to sumbmit singnature and I did submit application one more time and they tell me that my application was submit too late and i am not longer qualify for introduction interest rates of 15 month! crazy I was submit application on second day I have recieve notice!!
What can I do to fix credit card problem?
