AARP Inside Sale Agent

I have look for a job as inside sale agent for over 2 weeks and I have found good opportunity to work as inside Sale agent in Southington CT for TheHartford Courtant agency,

First I want to tell a little more about my position what I should do there.. unfortunetly I didn't get accept for this job! but I still want to share

here is what it say :

the position reside with our call center primarily with mean I will stay on the phone full day! So what is the compensation it wasn't that much from $27,000 to $32,000 dollars but you now for college student that is a good money!. What ThHartford Promise is that after 9th month of employment average pay out will be $500 dollar

I don't get it I have about 5 years exerience is sale and still don't get this job!! why?
