Have you call to UTICA customer services and explain them that they should cover all payment otherwise you will need to speak with Executive Customer Services to find solution for your problem! I am sure that UTICA will help you, if UTICA say We can't cover your bill you should file a complain with Better Business Bureau and then try to resolve this! also if BBB is not helpful why not ask Chamber of Medical commerce for resolution or seek remedy by filling a case in American Arbitration association or .. last thing file a lawsuit again company! but this is the last thing you can do..
