My friend is very frustrated that he need to pay for his cell phone and laptop because companies are not wiling to for my corporate Laptops, and cell phone or other electronic devices . My friend working as Financial adviser and he need electronic gadget such as PDA or laptop or even a GPA for navigation! when I read article about money I was shocked because more than 40% of professionals employee have to pay for computer and cell phone bills!

Employer have to spend on average $1400 a year for employee PDA or blackberry with is pretty expensive as PDA don't bring any accommodation to company earning.. if you need blackberry or cell phone you can buy yourself, I think cell phone plans and blackberry data is so expensive like $60 dollar a month it should be like $40 dollar a month!

If you were employer will you be happy to give $1400 dollar annually for employee device plus buy new laptop and reimburse charge for cell phone?

$1400 dollar is define too much for employer to spend. I know that employer have huge discount and can buy product or services with like 15 percent less than what customers pay but still that is expensive. if you are employer will you be happy to spend $5,000 a year for one employee expenses?

All these problem are raising because of worst system of Capitalism. Employer don't have money to pay for employee expenses because employee want too much from employer, employee think that employer have millions of dollars because it is huge company on other hand employer say why we should pay any money to employee , if employee want to work for us they need to have basic tools to work, otherwise we will find other people that will buy computer, laptop or PDA and will not complain

I have a friend that spent about $5,000 dollar each year for computer gadget such as new laptop ( company require own laptop) cell phone bills , he bought cell phone with blackberry one device but still He need to pay for data access, you know how much he spend monthly? let calculate this cell phone bill ( base plan) $30 dollar from ATT ( singular) Data Access $30 dollar for blackberry in addition monthly payment for laptop $170 dollar and monthly access for internet usage ( satellite internet) $120 dollar! so you can calculate yourself how much he spend monthly and divide this by 12 month...
