Default If You Needed Money Fast What Would You Do? - 06-23-2008

Money has become very tight for me and I doubt if I'm alone in this. I scare myself by thinking what I would do if I couldn't make my rent on time. Then I try to calm down and figure things out.

If you had to get more money for rent, let's say, how would you do it?

First, I would try to sell some jewelry I have. Then I would look around my apartment and see what I might be able to sell on Ebay. Since I have a disability and cannot walk I would try to find some kind of job online that would earn some money.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

I've thought about that but never really came up with an option.Depending on the amount I'd take a late fee and get the payment caught up as soon as I could.I'd pay what I could in the meantime though. It really just depends on how much. For me I'd try to have more time to work and would end up cutting more expenses first even if that means not really eating much myself over the week to curb expenses.

One word:

Ebay

Now a bunch of words about it:

You'd be surprised the stuff that people will buy. It's amazing. I've dusted stuff off that I haven't touched in forever, and people still buy it. Just clean it up really nice, put in some really good pictures, describe it really well, give good stats on it, and you're sure to find someone who will buy it.

Put a bunch of stuff up, but do it at the cheap prices. Don't be afraid to sell stuff at like .99. I started a bunch of old electronics equipment off at .99, and before I was done I had sold everything at several hundred dollars. I was surprised that anyone wanted it, but they did. So scrounge around your house and clean up everything in sight. As Dave Ramsey would say Sell EVERYTHING. MAke your kids afraid you're going to auction them off too. (okay, well, DONT do that, but you get the idea, lol).

Good luck!

Default payday loan - 06-26-2008

If you need money fast you should consider to taking private loan instead of taking payday loan, payday loan have high interest rates so you should avoid paying high interest rates if you wish to live without stress and problem!

Thankfully, I have never faced a situation like that coz I live in my own house. But, if I had to face that situation, then, I would ask some money to my friends and relatives. Then, if they are not available, I would just sell my goods on eBay. But, You need to find things out and make the money available in time. This can only happen if you have a preplanned budget!
