Many people will never be able to buy a home, which is one of the basic investment methods available to everyone.

With this in mind, what other methods of investing would you consider safe, but profitable?

Default real estate market and land - 06-23-2008

I personally don't invest in land or real estate because I don't have so much money to buy piece of land.. like 1 acres or even 2 acres cost of land is so expensive.. I wish to buy land for $50,000 dollar but not $150,000 I am happy that real estate market is in "recession" as we customers can buy land for less money and save a lot of money , buy land for cash not borrow money from bank and give bank interest rates..

Any other people want to share their story or opinion about Real Estate market?

I think investing in jewelry is a good idea. You don't have to buy a lot and much of what we already have is good enough to hold onto and save. Gold isn't cheap and if you were to sell the gold that you have already you should be able to make some money on it.

There are also lots of places where you can sell your jewelry including jewelry stores.

How much do you spend on the jewelry that you purchase? What kind of jewelry do you purchase?

I guess I'm just too afraid of seeing it walk off. Real estate, it's difficult for someone to pick up and walk off with.

Investing on a home is very safe. I think you will get profit if you invest on house.

Yeah, I'm sitting on my house, holding on to it. Don't want to become another foreclosure statistic.

Default Bush new home mortgage plan - 06-26-2008

Bush today announce that he will give another loans for borrower for fixed amout of interest rates and bush administration will not look at credit score or credit history so it will work like this: you have a house and you can barely pay off or paying your monthly payment so U.S government will borrow you money to payoff your old mortgage pretty much variable interest rates ARM adjustable Rate Mortgage.. and you will pay like 4% I don't know what will be those interest rates but I just guess and you will pay those interest rates as fixed! to U.S government not to a bank.. but what about if I don't have any money to even pay to U.S government well.. don't ask me this ask a government. pretty much foreclosures?

As I have stated in other threads, I am now in one new investment plan.
And that is, to buy some gold and sell it when the prices become high.
So, I think, you should also do the same! Good luck!
