Considering bankruptcy

My husband and I are considering bankruptcy. This is not a decision we've come to lightly. We've have looked at all sides and can find no relief. How many of you have ever considered bankruptcy?

Although times have been hard at one point or another, I have never thought of bankruptcy. I don't have credit cards, and theirfore have nothing to really bankrupt on. I won't allow myself to lose my house or truck.

Sometime I do but later on I laught at my idea. I know, I never can attempt that but nothing bad to just consider

I've been considering it for over a year and that is to get the credit card companies off my case.

Two years ago I ran into some serious financial problems that really did come from nowhere. I couldn't pay my credit card bills and was only sending them about $50.00 a month. They didn't like the amount that I was able to send them so they sent my accounts to credit collectors.

I don't have a car, a home, or own an apartment. I just rent. There is nothing to sell so all the collection agencies do is phone me and send me letters.

One collection agency asked if I could send them $50.00 a month so I've been doing that.

I'm still trying to decide if I should declare bankruptcy. In a way I want to but I do want to pay back whatever I can to the credit card companies.

Dont think such rubbish. I can understand your situation but what if you were sent to prision, think about your family.
