If you buy soda or beer in aluminum cans you should recycle them for extra money. You can also recycle plastic bottles and get paid per bottle too. Maybe it is only worth 2.5cents each, but it adds up.

Yes, recycling is good not for the money, also good for environment. We also can recycle paper, plastic.

Recycling is good but I dont know why people are not using this method. It is not easy I think.

We recycle but don't get paid for it.We did try taking tires and rims to the recycle plant this weekend for extra money.One isn't open on the weekends and we aren't sure if the others are either.If we'd put them out for the recycle company they'd charge us.But, if we take them to the plant we get paid.There hours are horrible though because it can really only be done while my husband is at work. I think it's a good concept but in our area recycle cans for money isn't easy and it takes a lot to add up to even 10.00.Storing them isn't always convinant either.

In Michigan, they charge us an extra 10 cents for every can and bottle, anyway, and we get the money back when we recycle. So we' have no choice!

Recycling can put some extra money in your pocket as well as helping the environment so both sides win this way.

As bika told. Recycling is good for environment and I do this only for environment and not for money!
