Default How to dress for Interview - 07-05-2008

It might be one of the most overused phrases in job hunting , but it is very important when looking for a job. How you dress and how you present yourself indicate how good you will be in job! You need to remember in job hunting first impressions are critical. If you don't know how to present yourself you should read my article. Remember you are marketing a product with is you, you are the product, and buyer is employer, employer buy a product and pay money for a product with is your salary. The first thing employer sees when greeting you is your attire: so you should take effort and properly wear your suit! Some people may ask so if I will dress properly I will get this job.. no but this will help you get this job, if you were employer what you give job to person that is smell good and wear good or the opposite site person no doubt! Dressing conservatively is always the safest route to take. If you don't dress well it more likely that employer will not hire you. It is not necessary to run out and spend a lot of money on clothing you should not spend more than $250-$300 dollar on entire suit!. So once you get attire( suit) what mistake should You avoid?

One mistake and important mistake some interviewees make is using sex appeal to help them land the job. For an interview skin is best kept inside the clothing. Cleavage exposure, very short skirts or extremely high heels are best saved for the weekend.. You should dress properly and don't get " visual items" appear on the top! you know what I mean.. The Interview is not the place to be chewing gum or holding a soda can or coffee cup. Cell phones and I pods should stay out of the interview or should be shot off!. body piercings should be taken out and large tattoos covered up , then once you get a job you can uncover!. Unless you are certain you re interviewing for a company that will appreciate these particular looks, don't let them distract your potential employer. You should cover all items that employer don't want to see also if you are women , make up should be subtle and toned down.. please don't make up!

How you should acing on Interview?

Don't forget some detail work when planing for interview outfit. Remember wrinkled clothes, worn-out shoes and rips and tears can send the wrong message to your futures employer!. An outfit that looks finished and put together can communicate positive things about you and how you view your job. You need to recognize that the employer is viewing you as potential colleague, or seeing how you would look to his or her clients. You should look good as employer need to show how good you are in front of other employee or other employer! as I say clothes might not make the man or women but in a job interview , they can make or break your changes! so make sure you wear good!

Default Employer and Employee relationship - 07-06-2008

Proffesional dressing in number #1 then you have to talk clearly and communicate effective, don't chew a gum or eat on office or talk on the cell phone, all you have to do is wait until hire manager call you smile as much as possible and only read newspaper that is related to company business.. bring some newspaper and talk about it to make this " relationship" " unfreeze"
