How to write good Resume

I have prepare my own resume to job and can someone check and complain please what wrong with my resume( I have had few job interview ) and hiring manager say my interview is not correct..

I thing your resume is good but you have tell your future employer what is your skills, and benefit but you didn't specify what jobs you are seeking!

If I were you first I will change specific goals: what job you looking for what position be specific then on Objective I will say Hard working person.. your attitude..

Sills: you should change those skills as everyone have good communication skills!

Courses: who cares what courses you tool in 2001.. you should put there something else

You have manage lot of things in bank of America so you was like financial adviser working for bank of America? because you have mention that you have work on Mortgage , refinancing, home equity as well payday loan look like Mortgage industry.. then you have mention that you have work ( or that your interest) stock market bonds, Mutual Funds.. and then all those credit score, credit card that why I am confused what was your role in Bank of America? what was your job title?
