Dear Dr. Dona - Of course you need to put real name

I am writing to inform you that I am withdrawing my application for the program coordinator position with the school. As I indicated in my interview with you, I have been exploring several employment possibilities. This week I was offered an administrative position with a local city government and, after careful consideration. I decided to accept it. This position provides a very good match for my interests as this point in my career. You need to provide exactly what is your interest!!

I want to thank you very much for interviewing and considering me for your position. I enjoyed meeting you and learning about the innovative community programs you are planning. You have a fine school and wish you and your staff well.

Sincerely. Provide your name and signature!!

You should follow those guideline:

State your decision and provide explanation in detail

Express appreciation for the employer's consideration and courtesy!

thanks Admin, for sharing Withdrawal letter

When I work for Corporate America in Human Resources Division I have never see any Withdrawal letter myself as people was care about job and employer more than they care now, My son now working with the same company ( It was and it is a Bank of America.. yes I complain about this bank) and my son also don't see and probably will not see any withdrawal letter because employee is seeking a good job working with good company and earn good money either way many people will lost job so that the reason a lot of people will not use withdrawal letter! as those people want to take a job!
