Default What employer looking for!! - 07-03-2008

If you are student looking for a job you should read this short article , prospective employer looking for college student from accredited college not just from Community college they want people that have double major and GPA 3.0 at least. Most employers do place a premium on a double major. It usually requires an extra one or two semesters to obtain a second major and does particularly enhance a student's marketability it is very important when student know how to promote yourself !. Some students who get off to a rocky start eventually pull up their grades if you have lower grade you should improve your grade to make sure you have at least 3.0 GPA . Some people think about getting Advanced placement credits and study abroad to get a credit! You also need to obtain marketing skills and know how to promote yourself the best!!

Employer is looking for good attitude and commitment to work, I know lot of people try to showing good site that they are good in something like computer programming, excellent knowledge in IT staff for example, but in reality experience in only count, Employer need to know and be sure that you are good in something that the reason employer give assessment test to see if you are good in something if you pass those test it indicate you are good, in order to pass assessment test you need to have rate more than 80% in for most job!
