If you looking to provide or do relationship with a company you need to do networking!

First provide your address

234 Clark street
New York, Ny 78954

Date: October 29,2007

Address where this is going to:

Ms. Smith Snow, Partner
Dewey Brokerage Firm
1549 Madison street
New York , NY 10004

Dear. Smith

Dr. Clinton Dupe, professor of economics at Kaplan College, suggested that I contact you. He thought that , as an alumna, you would be in an excellent position to assist me with a career decision

You need to make connection between you and the reader of your school, mutual acquaintance, similar interest or background!

As Finance student, I am exploring which career path to pursue. Securities, trading, and investment banking work all sound interesting to me at this point, but I want to go into my campus interviews next semester with a clear sense of direction. I would like to get your advice on the long term career implications of each path ad well as better understanding on the day-to day activity of a broker

State your purpose without pressuring the reader, explain your situation briefly

I shall call you next week to see if we can arrange a brief meeting at your convenience. Thank you for considering my request

Request a meeting at mutually convenient time, and indicate that you will call to make arrangements

Sincerely

Put your name and don't forget about signature!!

paper don't mean everything you only mention to futures " friends" that you want to meet with him-her and discuss your " need" or " want" you need to call your " future friends" and talk to him or her on the phone and then schedule meeting, tell him Thursday 8:00 or Friday at 6:00 is good for you? if you tell them can I meeting with you they respond is I don't have much time.. as you know if they are working in " higher management" position they will not have a time.. because they use they time to meet with people that they already know!

Good luck with your relationship!
