Default Prospecting letter for a job - 07-03-2008

If you are looking for prospect or connection with a company you should read and send this letter to company you wish to doing business with! You need to adjust this prospecting letter to your position!

1799 high street Ave#485
Evanston, IL 60259

February 20, 2008

Mr.Brett Harrison
Director of College Recruiting
Midwest Company
2604 Salonika Drive
Chicago, IL 60604

Dear. Mr. Harrison

I read your company's description in Wall Street Journal Job choices for Business and Liberals Arts for Students and would like to inquire about employment opportunities in your management training program. I want to work in retail management and would like to remain in the Los Angeles area after graduation.

I shall receive my Bachelor Degree in communication studies this May. My interest in business started in junior Achievement in high school and developed further thought a variety of sales and retail positions during college. My internship with large department store convinced me to pursue a career in retail. When I researched the top retailers in Los Angeles, Midwest Mercantile emerged as having a strong market position, an excellent training program, and a reputation for excellent customer services. In short, you provide the kind of professional environment I seek

My resume is enclosed for your consideration. My education and experience match the qualifications you seek in your management trainees, but they don't tell the whole story. I know from customer and supervisor feedback that I have the interpersonal skills and motivation needed to build a successful career in retail management. And my relatively extensive experience gives me confidence in my career direction and in my abilities to perform competently.

I know how busy you must be during this time of year, but I would appreciate a few minutes of your time. I shall call your duding the week of March 15 to discuss employment possibilities. In the meantime, if you need to contact me, my number is.. please provide your telephone number and e-mail address that you frequently use

Thank you very much for considering my request. I look forward to talking with you

Sincerely

again, you must provide your signature , not computer signature!!

This letter is working I have working for staffing firm for 12 years and I know how hard is to get relationship with good employer, good employer always want you to work with company , if you are good in something then you will work in good position and earn good salary.. I mean good.. for me is excellent benefit .. I am not talk about excellent benefit such as 401k retirement plan, Medical, life insurance because those is less important! benefit such as stock purchase, free stocks and company profit sharing! those is the most important items when pursuing career!
