Default Home Value - 06-28-2008

There is nothing that can help to improve home value, even if you add new windows, or paint your room, if buyer wish to buy your home then buyer will buy, it not about new fresh paint in your room! As you know foreclosure rose 8% in addition in major 20 U.S cities home value dropped 15% with is considered high! so how to avoid so much drooping in home value? Unfortunately in my opinion there is nothing we can do in our case I am very frustrated because of stupid economy recession! I have also lost job and my home value has dropped very drastically!

My home value dropped like 16.6% last month because my neigh brood now sell a house and he got his estimate done so I have done my home estimate base on his estimate as we have similar house! this is sad what happening with home value! I think we are currently living in recession

But we have different story here in my country. Our home value is increasing day by day and everyone wants to spend money on home.

Default housing market in developing country? - 06-29-2008

Pretty much in Europe there is a boom on housing market, home value increase drastically month by month few percentage! I can't buy home in Europe because it cost 30% more than in United States. I know that like 60 Meter house cost $400 thousand dollars with is about 1000 sq! You can see how expensive housing market is in Europe!
