When you look for a new job you will need to take assessment or harission question in order to get a job also you will meet with hiring manager and hiring manager will ask you many question so most of us are prepare for interview process and we know what question employer will ask becuase employer ask a standard question from a paper but what happen when employer try to see how well is your skills from Math, English or any other subject they will give you some question to answer to see how is your communication and writing skills! this is a tricky so when you go to interview you should be prepared.

Default Communciation skills! - 06-29-2008

Communication and written skills is important! as you know what subject you have taken in school from communication? If you want to improve communication you should take Public speaking and Public developing subject in order to understand basic information and behavior in Public Speaking, if you go to interview don't be shy and say true about you, employer love honest people!

When I go to interview I always prepare myself and ask employer question not about company operation abut about my job specification what I will do how much I will earn ( this is the last question I ask) and what is the requirement in job, If I want to change my job I always ask a lot of question because I want to make sure I will feel good in new company!

Default Assesment test and skills - 06-29-2008

barry, what kind of question employer asking you when you get interview? I know that employer most of the time read from a paper with question prepared because they don't have a time to prepare own question. Also when you was on interview have you take any assessment test to see how is your skills?

Default job market - 06-30-2008

College student just killing me take job in front of me! I don't know why this is happen but college student just " take over job market" because college student willing to work for less than professionals person with experience. College student just graduate and have some financial knowledge about financial industry but don't have experience that is very valuable, know how is important and costly!

when I went to job interview I was looking for good job that pay more than $50,000 a year but unfortunately with this kind of market I am not able to find good job with good pay rate! I have look for staffing firm to help me finding good job but staffing firm only take " the best of the best" with mean I am not qualify I only have 15 years experience in banking credit card , mortgage industry and refinancing as well home equity industry as I was working as banker for 15 years! so pretty solid experience and still can find good job, most of the job I look is for " career opportunity" with mean you can make a money but it doesn't mean you will make a money.. what could be done it doesn't mean it will happen simple saying!

Default Human resources ? - 07-02-2008

I hate job interview, I was hire staffing firm to help finding employee for me and stuffing firm charge me $26 dollar for office assistance and they give $12 dollar to worker, so it not good to work with staffing firm, if I have to hire somebody I will better doing interview myself and also test those folks I will work as Human resources employee on the same time

I don't understand why should I get my medical and physical test done if I want to work just in the office as executive assistance? I know that medical test may be require but what has physical test do with Executive assistance? they want to check how is my physical condition look like?
