Default How to ask employer to raise your paycheck! - 06-21-2008

Many times people work overtime just to complete task that was assigned by employer, everyone want to finish on time because employer is giving extra bonus and to avoid layoff people need to work hard if you work hard and still not get pay well what are you going to do? Ask your employer to raise your salary but how to raise your salary how to ask?

You should ask yourself first do your deserve increase in salary if you do ask why you deserve tell your boss that you have work lately very late just to complete project on time!

Never be late with your job as employer always look for people that are punctual, on time never smoke or drink in job because if employer catch you that you not doing your job as assignment and you braking a rules and company policy you will be fired instead of getting paid.. and get a raise..

You need to have strategy and 2 plan Plan A and plan B plan a is to tell your boss to raise your paycheck and plan b is if employer say NO it too early or you earn enough money you what you should do.. plan b is like emergency plan..

Default Money job how to get paycheck increase! - 06-22-2008

When I ask my employer to raise my paycheck he say? if you want to raise your paycheck you should change your job, he was very silly, how could he tell this? I don't understand employer relationship between employee and employers!

Is there any other way to ask employer to raise my paycheck ? I earn $12.35 per hour and I work 40 hour a week plus 15 hour overtime with give me additional income so I don't have to carry another part time job!

This is a touchy subject with both employer and employee. Kathy - if your boss has blown you off by being silly, you definitely shouldn't walk away unless you're satisfied. Remind him that the price of fuel is going up and it is costing you more to come to work.

In this economy condition not lot of people are asking for paycheck raise as employer can say one day, you fired as we can find better employer, younger and much smarter for smaller fees! College student willing to work for smaller amount that professional employee, this is sad but true
