Default communication problem - 05-14-2008

Last month when I spoke with my supervisor about gasoline price he say to me that I need to speak with his boss in order to get a raise because I am driving a big trucks everyday from California do New York and it take me about one week to arive , so I call my supervisor boss and tell them I want a rise he say my communication method is bad and he will not raise my paycheck becase I don't know how to property communicate with people what you suggest to communicate well?

hmm not only we have communication problem but also discipline problem!
If you are lat to work 3 times arive late , then you will get a verbal warning, afer 5 late you should recieve written notice as well pay loss penalty after 7 years you should find new job!! this is true and one thing that as a owner of a company I dont like when people steal my money from a business I immediately dismissal such as person at first such as infraction no polite!

Communication should be effective meaning that you and receiver should understand point as well efficient the best way is to communicate online and by phone this way you save money!

if you want to learn how to communicate effective and efficient you should consider continuing education courses in public speaking, and "effective communication skills 101" or learn more how to efficiently communicate with others as well effective on the same time!

This is silly. What does your communication skill have to do with the gasoline price? They should give you the raise no matter what because you are a truckdriver, and the gas price is always increasing. Tell your boss, not until you become an English teacher then he can worry about giving you a raise or not.

I know communication is very serious thing. We need skill to communicate well. But your article is to lengthy so I could go through all. Sorry for that.
