Advanced Career Training

People are not even aware of that but they start education any time they want in United States people that are even 50 years old still attend to University or Community college. Advance career training can be taken at any stateges for any matters mean you can learn for any reason any any age. People in Untied States don't care that you start learning at your 50's they care about you more than any other countries do. Person that start career need to find out a good mentor that will follow him-her for the entire career statage. Once you finish career you will find better job and enjoy your life. As you now advanced career training classes also enhance your skills and improve your language skills as well communication skills and any skills you want to improve. Some poeople simple attend to school because they want to find more information about particular subject for example finance. Many people don't know much about finance and that the problem is that people should learn much more!

Continuing education is better than advance career training as employer don't need to waste a lot of money to train new employees. I don't like a way lot of corporation work as they trainee new employee instead of sending them back to school so they can get a better experience in specific field.. employer will save a thousand of dollars and employee will pretty much gain a knowledge and remember that knowledge always equal money how much knowledge you have is how much money you earn..

Advance carrier traning is expensive here in my country. Employee cant afford and they dont want to take any traning so they are not skilled.

I don't deal with Advance career training because in my opinion this doesn't have any sense, you have practice something for many years and now you need to get education again? people complain that they don't like to get any advance career training, because they have spend 16 years in school so they don't want to spend any more days in school..

this is what my friend thing of so I just share his idea..

Everyone need advanced training but those are not interested who know that they will not be promoted so there should be some promotation too.
