How to check your credit rating?

I never really have any idea what my credit rating is but I would like to find out.

How would I find out my Credit Rating, and is there a way to do it online?

you should visit fico.com or equifax.com or trasunion.com and purchase a credit report directly from those company but if you want to check your real fico score you should go to fico.com not other sources as other source only provide fako score with is generic credit score

Yes you can check your credit score online but i am not sure you would be having such facility in your country...
Try to search the website of Credit information Bureau , In India we have Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited , from where you can check your Credit score by paying nominal charges.

In United States I heard that you can check your fico credit score by visit fico.com

Yes, you can get one free credit report a year. Don't let certain advertising companies fool you - the only government approved site for a free credit report is www.annualcreditreport.com - you can reach them at 1-877-322-8228.

Other sites can get you similar information, but they will always get your credit card number first for services you probably don't need. hope this info helped cheers!

This is a good site and it is free. But I wouldn't suggest doing it very often. That is also bad for your credit as well.

It not cost you anything and you can check 1 time a year from all 3 credit report agency transunion, experian and equifax free of charge!

Most people visit credit bureau web site directly but is that worth? in reality 90 % of U.S Institution check FICO credit score from all 3 credit report agency trasunion, Experian and Equifax so if you know your fico score you know exactly what to expect from creditor. in order to get your real fico score you need to visit fico.com web site directly as you know you get your Real fico score not generic fako score!

BTW: Equifax also provide Equifax Fico credit score and WAMU Washington Mutual Credit card offer Trasnunion Fico credit score! I thought that Washington Mutual offer Fico Credit card credit score with is much diffrent than fico credit score

yes you can check the credit rating online there are many web site that you can visit I reccomand to get fico credit score from fico.com web site if you want to get your true fico score there is only one place you can visit with is fico.com or equifax if you want to check equifax credit score I know that equifax also have transunion and Experian credit score but those are fako credit score.
