People who spend thousand of dollars giving those money to lawyer everyday why not to give those money to your own packet? If you have a problem with your credit history talk to lenders, financial instutition, creditor and credit bureau to resolve your problem what a lawyer can do is the same as you can do! No brain! Accourding to my most recent credit report, your company is currently reporting to the three credit bureaus that I applied for credit with your organization. I did not granting you authorization to review my credit report.

The fair Credit Reporting Act requires that a creditor be able to verify the written authorization of the consumer giving the creditor permission to review their credit. If you can provide a copy of a credit application authorizing the disclosure of my credit files with my signature, I will accept the inquire. If a signed authorization cannot be found pelase remove the inquire from the three main credit bureaus.

The presence of this inquiry is adversely effecting my credit report and is impeding my ability to obtain necessary credit. Time is of the essence so I would greatly appreciate a response from your within thirty( 30) days.

Please mail me the copy of the signed application or a letter indicating your intention to delete the inquiry

Do you have any follow up inquire letter? as I don't receive any information from credit report agency as well creditor about my request to remove inquires from my Trasunion and Equifax credit report!

If credit report agency can't remove inquires because they say it still belong to you you should contact Lexington Law firms and this company will remove inquires on behalf of you! you will not even have to deal with any company you don't have to write any letter just pay like $50 dollar a month and everything will be resolved your credit score will boost drastically!

I have sent this letter 3 weeks ago and my inquires was removed from my credit report agency ! all inquires as well late payment! thanks guys for sharing this creditor letter it very educational!

This sounds like valuable information! I am going to go check this out! I know that in the past I have challenged my credit records and gotten some of it removed, so I'm excited to look into this and see if it can help me now.

I have sent those letter to creditor and they have removed my inquires , so I don't carry any inquires and late payment on my account! I am really happy person that I don't own any debt to a creditor and any other party!
