Default is it easy to damage your credit score - 06-13-2008

I just read that one unpaid bill can take your score off 100 points! With the score margin being so small, thats a lot. Is it as easy to rebuild your score as easy it is to damage it. What I'm really trying to ask is, is it easy to destroy your score with one bad purchase, like not paying for a car.
Would that take you down to 300?
I'm just curious......

It may be a little funny but I don't care much about credit card as well about my credit score I don't care that credit card may put me behind bars also for not paying. I don't care even about paying back to a credit card company.. they give me a free money.. I am happy that a credit card company giving me a money for free...
Also I want to say something about your credit card creditors may reduce your score by reducing your credit limit as well as cancel your credit card without any warning..

Default credit card interest rates and credit card balance! reduce them if you can! - 06-13-2008

It is very easy to damage credit score if you don't pay credit card bill.. one late payment of 30 days can destroy your credit rating forever! if you was having 800 credit score then your credit score will be close to 600 with is like 200 point less. you should never be late with a credit card payment.. if you have financial problem with a credit card call credit card company and ask them to reduce your credit card interest rates as well reduce your credit card balance!

I don't understand why you don't care about your credit card and your credit score, it not just cancellation your credit card it is braking relationship with a credit card company, I don't know how is your finance but if I were you I will start worrying about credit card and credit score.. because recession is coming so you should secure yourself before its too late..

Default credit rating! - 06-13-2008

When you default on your credit card payment you don't count for any luck! Creditor will destroy your credit score even that you are president of U.S they don't care who you are they don't care were do you work or that you are CEO.. of huge corporation.. they only care that you should pay back what you own to creditor.. if you own money to credit card company pay they have borrow you money so you need to pay those money back or otherwise they will sent those to credit report agency trasunion, experian and equifax and destroy your credit rating! for many years..

We got in debt a few years back very deep. I defaulted on three cards, not because I wanted to but because my husband hurt his back and couldn't work. Those credit cards helped us to live for a while, however, it was destroying us in the long run. My credit score is so low that I don't know that I'll ever be able to bring it back up. We are working on a payment plan with one of the credit card companies, so maybe one day, it 'll be ok.

Yes i had once collected 800 point in citi bank credit card but i taught why to pay 2$ that too for some charges of the bank so i did not pay that 2$. The bank started cutting 80-100 points for 3 month. After those 3 month i called the bank and asked them why are they cutting the point they said because of nonpayments of credit card bill this is how they are doing all the stuff.
I hare citi bank.

Unpaid bill will damage your credit score very drastically the same goes with late payment if you are late and you know that you will be late notify your creditor immediately in order to resolve this situation you need to work on your finance to stay on your credit card as well payment current! earn better money as you will improve your financial life! change job if possible!
