Unfortunately, when the next payday arrives and the lending company takes back the funding that it loaned, plus interest o yes it 22% wow.. really much! and these families find themselves continuing to struggle with money so stop taking paydays loan, find better job take education and go to school educate your self.Paydays loans are only good for emergency! There are also problems with college student. Many students find themselves quickly falling behind on the payments of their students loans, car payment, credit card payment, rent pament or other payment. There are many reasons why this may occur such as lost of jobs, or disability or similary situations that may result in financial hardship. Many student take a payday loans to " pay the debt" with is really danger because intrest rate is as much or as Low as 22% and goes up to 34% yes that much! intrest rate is very high! If you are student and dont have a money for college education you need to take a student loans from federal goverment FAFSA, and dont pay intrest until graduate. Use payday loans only in case of emergency!!
I tried one of those payday loans once and the interest rate was something like 106% over 30 days. The one I used would have you write a check for say $50 and give you $37.50 as your loan. The interest is already paid in the check you write, which they hold until your payday comes up before cashing it.
I personally think Payday loans should be banned. They're dangerous, ridiculously high-priced and only aimed at the people who really shouldn't be anywhere near them.
My grandmother took a payday loan because someone call her and tell she can receive money in 24 hour or less if she provide her social security number so she did provide and company send her a check that she deposit to bank and use those money after her paycheck with was of course lower than the amount of money she borrow , she have to pay a bout 34% in interest rates on 2 weeks holding period!
Payday Loans are very dangerous and Ohio is trying to ban them. I have used them before and yes the interest race is crazy, but in a emergency they have helped me.
