Default Removing Settlement Debt - 04-15-2008

If you have paid your debt in full you wish from your creditor to remove your 30 days or even 60 days late payment from credit report, you need to send them a letter stating that you wish to get your late payment removed before you sending a payment if you recieve respond in writing you can send a payment and they will remove your late payment from your credit report!

Disputing information that are invalid will increase your credit score and you have the right to dispute any account that you believe are fraud account for example you have not open this account in your name, you do not make your late payment ever! Once you dispute an account credit bureau contacts the creditor to verify the item if they are not able to veryfy your account in 30 days they have to mark it as paid in full or remove from your credit report !

If the investigation results come back as verified you have the right to request the credit bureau's and collector's method of verification. You should immediately send them a letter requesting verification and there is no limit how many verification letter you can send!
