Job search and crazy market!!!

Wild Enterprise, IBM, Chase and Bank of America those companies have good branding that the reason they make people life miserable, I have try to find a good job in those companies and I can’t find any job at all why this is happen? Why so many people ignore job seeker and only looking for talented people because in this kind of economy situation people don’t need to have work force they need to have talented people that will working for them and develop their business. Huge business is fired a lot of labor because they have hire good talented college student. College student is bright and will work for less money that experienced veteran with 20 years of experience. I went to few hundredth interview during 5 months period that I was looking for a job and my big mistakes was that I was count on staffing firm I thought if a staffing firm is a big company so they will have find me a good employer but that wasn’t true. Either way I am still without job! What can I do?
