How to get rid of crazy spam I receive everyday in my mailbox?

I hate receiving message from 3rd party company message such as:

I always use spam assassin program and block junk mail I rare receive mail from spam company, I have received today another spam and I also hate spam!!!

I always use Anti virus and firewall as well spam assassin I have corporate e-mail address and my corporation always use some 3rd party software that block unwanted e-mail and spam!

I use gamail and never check any spam.

I uses to have Gmail and now I hate gmail because thousand of people sending me spam.. if you provide e-mail on some web site that is not popular you will receive thousand of e-mail daily without even someone authorization that the reason I don't have free e-mail account such as Yahoo or MSN or Gmail

Use gmail. Your all spams are in one floder that calls spam folder.

spam folder don't work at all, I have few junk mail folder and spam folder and gmail don't have any good security program because those is 3rd party free e-mail so gmail don't give anything good to company! just don't give e-mail adress to anyone and you will not receive crazy e-mail you can only share e-mail with trusted party! such as bank and financial institution friends a people you know personally!
