Paying tax in United States is easy.. you only have to fill out few forms with is your Tax return form 1040 schedule D if you have invest money on stock market.. it doesn't matter if you lost or win.. you still have to file a tax return as well schedule C if you have small business or LLC status.. I don't know if Partnership have to file a schedule C.. any one?
